Information
From April 2007 as a result of the Compensation act 2006, Claims management came into effect. The Ministry of Justice has set minimum standards of good practice for all claims management firms.
Niche Client Services Limited in dealing with all clients will act fairly ensuring that services offered satisfies the requirements of the rules. We will ensure all information is transparent, clear and not misleading. Niche Client Services Fair Trading Statement shall also form part of this agreement.

Initial Process
After completion of the initial documentation if the client does not have a copy /copies of loan agreement(s)/Policy(s) Finance agreements or other required documents then Niche Client Services limited will request all relevant documentation from the various companies .To receive the documentation it may take up to 40 days to be supplied by the company. On receipt of the requested documents a Client Appraisal shall commence by us and or one of our panel solicitors. On completion of the Client Appraisal we shall advised you of the outcome and if applicable the solicitor shall liaise with you directly and forward all the necessary paperwork to you for completion and return. Upon receipt of the signed documents the claim process will begin, the time for completion of each claim will vary depending on type and complexity of each claim.

Fees Payable
(1) A non refundable administration and audit fee of £99 shall be payable by the Client (2)A compensation fee of 25% plus VAT of all compensation/ funds/ successful Claim completed (you receive some form of benefit or compensation payment either by settlement out of court or by an award ordered by the court or by agreement with the Company / Institution received). In the event that the Loan /Credit Card/ Mortgage/PPI/ Finance agreements claim is unsuccessful the fee will not become due and therefore will not be payable.

Cancellation / Refunds
You have a 14 day cooling off period from the date you receive the documents from us to cancel your claim no refund of fees is due after this.

Referral Fees
We comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code / Solicitors Code of Conduct. The solicitor we refer you to is independent and will provide impartial and confidential advice. If we receive a fee for this service the solicitor shall advise you of this. You are free to choose another solicitor.

Data Protection
You have rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 to personal records held on our files.

Complaints
We aim to provide a highly professional service and have internal procedures for handling complaints fairly and should a complaint arise please contact our compliance officer.
