Standard Will

In this document you can state how you wish your hard earned money and property to be distributed.

You can clearly state in the document who are the beneficiaries from your will instead of the state deciding.  In recent years it has become more common for people to donate money to select charities or other organisations in their wills

All Wills are drawn up by a fully qualified solicitor to ensure the document is legally binding.

Living Will

A Living Will is a legally binding document and is based upon the principle that all of us can refuse medical treatment if we do not want it.

By having a living will in place you are the person in control and you can inform the medical care team how you wish to be treated should you lose the ability to comumcate and curtain circumstances arise.  For example, if you are seriously ill in hospital and treatment is recommended by the medical care team, by having a Living Will drawn up it will state what your wishes are should certain events arise and take a very tough decision away from the family.

A Living Will gives you the peace of mind knowing that it is you and not the medical care team who decides what happens to you if you are seriously ill with little chance of recovery.

All Wills are drawn up by a fully qualified solicitor to ensure the document is legally binding.
